Nuutrino is built and supported by a small team, so replies are personal — and occasionally slow.

We're a small team, so give us a few days rather than a few hours.
You don't need all of this, but the more of it you can give us, the faster we can help — and the less likely we are to write back just asking for it.
Please don't send medical details you wouldn't put in an ordinary email — we don't need them to fix a bug.
They are estimates, not measurements. Nuutrino uses AI to judge what is on the plate and how much of it there is, which it cannot do perfectly — portion size is the hardest part. Treat the numbers as a consistent guide for spotting trends over weeks, not as a laboratory result. You can edit any meal after it is analysed.
Yes. Describe the meal in text and Nuutrino will estimate from the description, or enter the numbers yourself. A photo usually gives a better estimate, but it is never required.
Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your meals, photos, favourites, weight entries, insights, profile and login. It cannot be undone and there is no recovery period. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
They are stored in Nuutrino's storage on Supabase, and each photo you analyse is sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the nutrition estimate. They are not shared with anyone else and are never used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy.
No. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services of any kind.
Tell us what you were doing when it happened and roughly when. If the app crashed, the time and your device model are usually enough for us to find it.
Get in touch. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete your account for you if the in-app control will not work.
If you believe you have found a security or privacy problem, please email us before disclosing it publicly, and we will work with you to get it fixed.
