These terms are the agreement between you and Nuutrino ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Nuutrino.
Nuutrino is not medical advice. It is a nutrition diary that produces estimates. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a registered dietitian or any other qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice because of something this app showed you. If you have a medical condition, an eating disorder, are pregnant, or are managing a condition such as diabetes, talk to a professional before making decisions based on Nuutrino.
You must be at least 13 years old. By using the app you confirm that you are, and that the information you give when creating an account is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
The meals, photos, notes and measurements you enter remain yours. You grant Nuutrino only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your content, to display it back to you, and to send it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy so the app can analyse a meal or generate an insight. Nuutrino does not claim ownership of your content and does not sell it.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
Nutrition figures in Nuutrino are generated by an AI model from a photo or a description. They are approximations and will sometimes be wrong — portion size in particular is difficult to judge from an image. Nuutrino makes no warranty that any figure is accurate, and you should not rely on it for clinical, dietary or medical decisions. You can edit any meal.
Please do not: attempt to break, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure; access another person's account or data; reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it; use automated systems to bulk-submit requests; or use Nuutrino to break the law.
Reasonable limits apply to how many AI analyses an account can run in a period, to keep the service affordable and available to everyone.
Nuutrino is offered as-is and may be unavailable at times for maintenance, provider outages or reasons outside our control. Features may change, and the app may be modified or discontinued. If the service is ever shut down, reasonable notice will be given so you can export your data.
Nuutrino does not currently offer paid subscriptions. If paid plans are introduced, their price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you buy. Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. These terms will be updated before any such plan goes on sale.
If you are using Nuutrino through TestFlight, you are using pre-release software. It may contain defects, behave unpredictably, or lose data, and features may change or disappear before public release. Please do not rely on a beta build as your only record of anything.
You may stop using Nuutrino and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk. On termination, the account's data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuutrino is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuutrino and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limitation.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights.
